According to an exclusive report from Sports Chosun, Lee Gwanhee and Yoo Sieun have been dating since December 2025. While the two did not choose each other on the show (Lee Gwanhee picked Choi Hyeseon and Yoo Sieun picked Choi Minwoo), they kept in contact after the show and continued to meet up and hang out, such as when Yoo Sieun attended the 2024 KBL all-star game.

The two have since continue to grow their relationship from friends to lovers, looking after each other and sharing time together. Sports Chosun was able to obtain a photo of the two at an aquarium.
Rather than hide their relationship, both Lee Gwanhee and Yoo Sieun confirmed their relationship with a joint post on Instagram.
