KATSEYE is yet again under fire for supposedly shading Manon in a recent interview.

Recently, the five active members of the group appeared on the popular comedy-pop culture talk show, Therapuss, hosted by Jake Shane, and candidly talked about many controversial topics, including the negativity they have been subjected to on the internet, but didn’t address Manon’s hiatus directly. However, some fans felt that they took a clear dig at her during one particular moment.

During the podcast, the host brought up KATSEYE’s 2025 release, “Mean Girls,” and the hand choreography during its chorus part. Megan immediately blurted out, “Actually, I hate that.” She then went on to reveal that the original choreography was something different and that she found it harder. Sophia and Yoonchae then demonstrated what the initial choreography was, where they had to spell “Love” with their hands, and Megan joked that she couldn’t do it because she is “Dyslexic as f*ck.”

This particular clip from the podcast quickly went viral on social media because many fans claimed that since Manon had come up with a specific part they were talking about, their remarks were a clear indication that she was not liked by the other members in any capacity.

However, other fans quickly fact-checked this discourse, pointing out that the choreography was fully made by Sohey Sugihara and Grant Gilmore, and that Manon’s involvement in it was simply an unfounded rumor. They defended that the girls were simply talking about finding the dance moves difficult and had no other malicious intentions.

Meanwhile, KATSEYE’s upcoming release is already receiving flak after the release of concept photos.
