The contracts of NCT DREAM’s members are set to expire in August, and some are concerned that members may leave the group or the company. Recently, however, a member’s actions seem to have given a strong indication of his future.
On July 29, fans shared that Chenle had established his own studio in China.
Shanghai Zhong Chenle Culture Communication Studio has officially been registered as a sole proprietorship, with Zhong Chenle as the sole owner (100% ownership). This is sometimes seen as an indication of an idol separating themselves from their original agency, especially in this case, where the group’s contracts are in question. Chenle seemed to address these concerns himself in a series of messages sent on Bubble.

This has been viewed by many as confirmation that Chenle will remain a member of the group.
